Customer Success Coach

Position Summary

Virtuous Software is a technology start-up building software to help nonprofits create more good in the world.

The Customer Success Coach position will be responsible for driving Virtuous customer happiness. As part of this job a qualified candidate will:

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed training and implementation guide and help the amazing nonprofits we serve
  • Provide data mapping and extraction services during the implementation process
  • Build account ongoing relationships with customers as a trusted advisor and fundraising consultant
  • Work closely with the Virtuous Sales Team to create new business through new product adoption
  • Work with the Virtuous Marketing Team to build valuable content and resources for customers and nonprofits we seek to serve

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience working in customer support, product training, account management, and/or data processing roles. Knowledge of software development, and client onboarding processes
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible start-up environment
  • A fervent passion for wearing jeans and/or t-shirts
  • Experience driving to revenue and client satisfaction goals
  • Experience with CRM systems is required
  • Fluency in the world of blogs, social media and common web-based tools is required
  • Intiment knowledge of and/or working with nonprofits with a desire to quickly learn about fundraising best-practices
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability successfully make a phone call to ANY phone number
  • Comfort with data and spreadsheets. Lots and lots of data. Seriously..... tons of data.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools like Tableau, Mode Analytics, and Microsoft Business Intelligence a plus
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
